I think i get more during meditation as well,
although i'm not totally sure yet.

So funny that you ask this question of meditation. Pvc can be set off just cause it wants to. I used to think that rubbing cellulite cream on my legs would do it. LOL I didnt want to ever use it again. Then one day i was cleaning the house and it started, I wish i could get away with not cleaning!!! lol
EXERCISE is the best thing we can do for this as long as its benign. I cant stress this enough.. Why you may ask???? Because exercise helps to release endorphines and seritonin in the brain. This makes us feel good. People with panic and anxiety should exercise the most. It helps ;your sleep and really helps stress. If you still feel stressed after a work out then work out again! Its really important for us. I do take 100 mgs of Zoloft "my happy pill" I love it!! I know that when i eat right exercise and take my happy pill i do so so so miuch better. I want to yell it out! EXCERSISE!!!!! LOL Please dont let this get you. Take your life back its to damn short even for the healthy!

There are tons of triggers, and I suppose it's possible. It wouldn't make them more dangerous though, just more annoying.
Meditation doesn't bother me at all but certain yoga positions will set off my heart. Typically any that involve twist and bend (can't think of a name right now). Perhaps it's my tummy getting in the way and putting pressure on my diaphragm. I know it's no fun so I avoid those.
certainly.......I get tons more with meditation...............so I have ceased this most pleasurable practice........probably forever.........never again will I meditate.
