Right ventricle enlargement is usually due to high resistance the right ventricle pumps against.  Your heart is pumping blood into circulation with normal contractions, but the blood received from the lungs may have been reduced and as a conseqence there is less blood going into circulation with each heartbeat.  This could be at least some of the cause for your symptoms.

The TEE test takes a detailed picture of heart from a different angle and helps identify any conditions a thoracic echo may have had some obstruction to adequately view.
There is no pain associated with a TEE.  The throat is sprayed with an  anesthetic, but if anything there may be some mild discomfort.

There is effective treatment for your symptoms, but the doctors want a proper diagnosis of any concomitant health issues.  It should all go well for you, so don't do any unnecessary concern.

Thanks for sharing, and if you have any further questions or comments you are welcome to respond.  Take care.
