cholesterol

I am 29 yrs old female,recently(4 months ago) i took lipid test ,it shows that my triglyceride level as 200,HDL-<40,LDL-110.Even I have hypothyroidism.since few days I am getting burning and pain in chest.sometimes, when I spit I am getting blood.Will all these conditions indicate any serious problem? Should I consult a doctor immediately and to whom should I consult?

I think it is always a good idea to start with a family practice doctor.  If you need a specialist, he/she will refer you.  I believe you see a doctor as soon as possible.
