I had the same problem. My feet felt like they were immersed in ice water...even if I had socks and shoes on. My toes would turn purple sometimes. I don't have any advice for ya, the only thing that stopped it was coming off the meds.
I had the same problem. My feet were cold enough to keep food cold!! Soaking my feet in warm water helped. Also, I had these socks that would hold a warm pack (you microwave the pack) and that helped. It used to take me at least one hour to fall asleep b/c my feet were so cold. I finally bought an electric blanket - that helped a lot!
I've been visiting a website for RaynaudsRaynaud's phenomenon. They have a lot of great ideas for dealing with icy feet and handsHand or foot spasms Hand tremor. Of course there are products out there too but mostly they just talk about how they deal with this strange circulatory problem. My doc told me to keep my feet elevated and warm. Yeah, right. All the time? Start walking on my handsHand or foot spasms Hand tremor? We just bought an electric blanket last week too.
One thing that has been recommended is a CCB since it relaxes the smooth muscle. But I don't think you should take both the CCB and BB. Ask your doctor about that one.
