deep internal abdominal vibrations

I am having deep abdominal vibrations like a cellphone vibration. they are not painful but continue for a long time.They are on the right side about halfway between the navel and the area where the right leg is attached. Any idea what it might be? Thanks

I am feeling this same strange sensation. Like a cell phone on low vibration mode but near my lower right side of abdomin (abdomen), so low that the vibration is felt through my pelvic area into my bones. Very annoying. And I'm concerned at the same time. This is not normal.
