yes of course there's still chances for you
live well and positive attitude are the keys, try to do those diets and exercise, and most of all, its started with your own mind and how do you want to live, i dont know any other medicine or treatments, but i am sure your doctor and you know better than me, but one thing i have to tell you that dont ever compare your self if you read such an article about how many percents survive and how many dont, people might do many research about survival but that doesnt mean you cant live longer, so instead of asking how long you can survive, ask how well you live, think what you can give to your life today

I am also in the same boat of yours.Following Coronary artery disease Myocardial infarction last October, my Ejection Fraction is recorded as 26%.I had thrombolytic treatment in the ICU with medications including Dopamine.I am not advised any invasive procedures.I am male ,58 years of age.I feel tired and run down at times, but I would never give. Regular exercises(walking) ,change in food habits are bringing in relief. I would not contemplate DEATH as a solution as no one can predict our remaining days on the earth. Be cheerful. There are more sadder hearts than yours and mine. Feel that you are not alone.Good luck.
