severe HP, please help

My blood pressure the last few days has hit the roof, its been 180/125 and yesterday it was 200/118
should I go in to the emergency room or call my cardio becuz i'm experienceing migraines becuz of the HB and blurred vision, dizziness, exhaution. Just in general not feeling well.

i am 21 and have a history of HB since 18...i am also on 4 bp medications and my bp has still risen this high.

any suggestions would be nice.

Yes, you need to see someone today (hopefully you already went).  Have them check your kidney function.  Since you're so young, it would be uncommon to have hypertension that isn't being caused by something (primary hypertension).  I have secondary hypertension.  They found that I had a kidney problem that wasn't discovered until I was 19 and started experiencing high BP.

I am not trying to scare you, but BP that high can cause a heart attack or stroke so please get seen ASAP.  If 4 different meds aren't controlling it, then something is causing this (kidney problems, adrenal gland problems, etc).

You need to see a doctor ASAP.   If you are on 4 BP meds and your BP still rises that high you need to see a doctor.
