Flip T is an expression of an inverted T wave and can indicate coronary ischemia (occluded vessel) but including electrolyte imbalance, heart rate, blood pressure, CNS (central nervous system), kidney problems, etc. The flipped T wave is evidence of the above conditions but requires corroberation with symptoms and signs and other tests.
Hope this helps, and if you have any further questions or comments, you are invited to respond. Take care, and thanks for your question.
