Is 106 pulse to high for a 39 year old male?
I have high blood pressure and last night a 3:00am I woke up and my heart felt it was beating out of my chest. I took my blood pressure and it was 121 over 69 but my pulse was 110.

i think a normal pulse for anyone is between 68 and 100. its a little over the top.
