foot and leg pain

I have been having problems with my foot and my leg, at first I thought it was a bone spur so I started using inserts in my shoes and bought better shoes, but now I sometimes have numbness in my toes and my leg alternates betweens being cramped to feeling heavy, and I sometimes have a pain in my foot even when I'm not standing on it.
I have sleep apnea and use a c-pap my doctor feels I have had it since I was born and I'm currentley 45 yrs old and have been using the c-pap for 5 yrs. I just recentley lost 15 lbs and go to the gym 2 to 3 days a week.I don't take any medications. I'm finally going to the doctor tomorrow, and I need some suggestions on the questions I should ask him.

This discussion is related to finger sensitivity, numbness and Sleep apnea.

hey, congratulations - and keep up the good work

though, someone just starting out with exercise and who is dedicated might end up doing too much too soon

resting the injured leg might be all that you need - the amount of rest might not be easily predictable, though

what's your height and weight? a lot of body weight means more stress on the legs,

do you ever feel like your socks are bunched up underneath, even when you're not wearing any socks?
