Ok now I know it's heart burn. Thank you so much.
I agree that if you are unsure go to the ER. I made that mistake 6 years ago and it turned out that I had a massive heart attack. I had no jaw pain, no arm pain, no heavy chest pain, only a burning sensation in the middle of my chest which was not heart burn but a massive heart attack.
Here's some symptoms of heartburn (acid indigestion)
"A burning feeling in the chest just behind the breastbone that occurs after eating and lasts a few minutes to several hours.
Chest pain, especially after bending over, lying down or eating.
Burning in the throat -- or hot, sour, acidic or salty-tasting fluid at the back of the throat.
Difficulty swallowing.
Feeling of food "sticking" in the middle of the chest or throat.
Heartburn may cause chronic cough, sore throat, or chronic hoarseness. "
