I do favor the left side, I'm way more comfortable turning left than right, and I can lean left further than right. But I'm not sure if thats the reason, since it's been like that all my life.
I'm also having light dull squeezing chest pain in the center/left of my chest. It was more of a burning/tingling sensation before, but now its squeezing. I ate a lot of spicy food 5 hours ago, and I have GERD, but heartburn is supposed to be INSIDE your chest. Well my burning/tingling was outside, which now turned into a light dull squeezing.
My parents wont take me to a doctor. I went to the ER once and got an ECG, and thats supposedly everything they can tell you. If I do go to a doctor, what else should I get checked out?
WOW, Irene, that is so awesome! I know that will be something she will always remember. What a stored treasure these 2 have. Ally
I just wanted to say that I hope you had a wonderful time in Mexico on your mission trip. My daughter did that when she was in high school. She has so many wonderful memories of helping build a school and spending time with the kids.
When an area of the body is injured or sore, we tend to favor it and it feels weak and wobbly. Until you get this resolved it would be best to hold off on the weight lifting. If there's some muscle tears or inflammation, the weight lifting will continue to irritate it. Hope you see a doctor soon so you can relax and enjoy being young.
You may favor the left side when walking or working out and that strains it more. You are too young for all that stress. Slow down. You have a lot of living to do yet.
whooo alright.. It's relieving to hear there's some other explanation for this.
But why is the left side of my body weak? could that be from fatigue? Since I was helping at Mexico the majority of the day and I only got around 5 hours of sleep. Right?
I agree - it's sounds like a musculo-skeletal problem. I did that recently from some repetitive stuff I was doing. I had the pain all down my left arm, up into my neck, jaw, ear and throat. I finally figured it out and it went away with time. A visit to your doctor would help clear this up and give you peace of mind.
i would say your not having a heart attack, have you talk to your parents/ can they take you to a dr. but your really young for heart attack and looks like you may pulled a muscle.
My left arm also hangs lower than my right, and it gets pain if i stand for a long time. I have to hold it up with my right arm. That might also be causing the pain, I don't know
Sorry for all of these extra posts >.>
I also have low blood pressure
