triple bypass surgery

Hello I am 36 yrs old with long family history of heart problems, but to my suprise I was taken in for triple bypas surgery almost 2 weeks ago now.  I am not sure what I am to be feeling.  I was released and send home from the hospital being told that I should continue with my normal daily activities, and the more active I am the better it is.  However, give restrictions of no lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying at all. I am a single mom of 3 young kids so, basically that is not returning to my normal daily activities.  We are currently staying with my parents until I am able to return to said lifestyle, but basically this is asking for any advice.  I do walk and try to do what I can, but still get so tired after a little while and end up taking naps.  If anyone has any suggestions for advice I would surely appreciate any and all help.  Thank you.

You do have to restrict your exercising for 3 months, especially the lifting. It's not so much about the heart, it's to do with your bones knitting back together. With three children and being a single Mother you will need a lot of help and stress is not easy to avoid in such an environment. Try not to get wound up because you need to stay chilled and keep on walking every day. Three months will soon pass. You will feel fatigued for a while, your body has been through major surgery and it takes it out of you. You are probably on a beta blocker too which will hold you back somewhat. May I ask which vessels were blocked? and did you have a heart attack? You are very young for such surgery.
