help me Doc

I am 35 yrs old since last 2 yrs. i am taking medicines (Telma-40, Nodon AM-5.5, Atorva TG, Depran-10, Rivotril-0.5mg) it is are all Indian Medicines, since i am suffering from High BP ( 140/95) and Depression some times i take antacids also( Pantop-40, unienzyme tablets etc.) at present my SGPT & SGOT very high ( SGPT-67u/l & SGOT-47u/l) and i have very faty belly. please suggest me what to do.

The AST (SGOT) is a liver enzymes. A high value can indicate a liver or gall bladder issue.  Alcohol in particular would tend to raise the SGOT. If you drink alcohol, I would suggest stopping and repeating these tests in 3 months.  

If your doctor evaluates your health history, etc. (s)he may consider other test to rule out the more common causes (fatty liver, liver mass, gall bladder disease etc.).
