Severe hypokinesis may hamper the pumping ability of your heart. A lot depends on the extend and the location of the hypokinesis area.

The normal route to find out what your prognosis is, is to speak to your cardiologist and let him/her explain in words that you understand what you may expect in the coming time.
Do you have the impression that you are not fully informed during your last visits?

I understand your concerns, but bear in mind that your cardiologist is the only one who has seen you in the flesh,  knows your history, and has analyzed your test results.  We here do not know you and--more important--are not doctors.

MDs are often uncomfortable talking about dangerous medical conditions that don't have too good an outlook, but an intelligent patient can often help them *and* himself by asking the difficult questions.
