yes at some point the maximum is 25% which is classed as low. Anything above 70% is seen as a strong concern with blockages. I think this is because the risk of the plaque rupturing is much higher at this level because the pressure of the blood against it becomes greater.
A recent test said I had no hard nor soft plaque nor calcification. It's the anomolous right coronary artery that is pinched (to the 50-70%) between my aorta and pulmonary valve and attached to the bottom right side of my heart...

Th condition has nothing to do with soft palque. The RCA is being pinched between ascending and pulmonary outflow tract narrowing (stenosis) the passage of blood to about 25%. I don't know the prognosis of the anomaly, but 25% passage of blood though the pinched vessel may not be a critical, but it can cause problems to watch out for.
It can happen as a stenosis creates turbulence at distal side of the stenosis that can form blood clots or cause plaque ruptures that result in strokes.
