is it possible to manipulate your blood to "fake a heart attack"

Perhaps they know someone who is trying to get some time off work or some kind of meds. People are interesting and will do odd things when desperate.

Just out of curiosity, why would anyone want to do this? Heart attacks are nasty business. Why would anyone want to fake one?

I think a person would have to inject certain meds to trigger a heart attack but then that wouldn't be fake, would it?

What an odd question. I don't think so. There may be some false positive results on some tests, but and EKG would show a heart attack and the BNP blood test is very accurate.
