no body answered my question

im posting my  question again ,,,,,y? no body answered my previous question,my dad has rheumatic heart disease.he is 48.his mitral valve size was 0.9cm square,but after mitral valvoplasty ,(ballon)size became 1.6 cm sqaure,but after one year the echo test shows his size is 1.5 cm sqaure,does the size will decrease like this only,this fast?or iits just that the differnt echo machines shows differnt size?plz tell me what to do,im very scared,can mitral valvoplasty can be done 2nd time?

I don't have any experience with valve surgeries and my friend back east had hers replaced but I wasn't there. I'm sorry I don't have any answers for you. I suspect many have read your post but may not know how to help.

The best person to ask is his cardiologist. Are you able to go in with your Dad when he visits next time?  I've gone in with my Mom to some of her doctor visits.
