no where to turn

I am 44 years old and have battled heart disease from age 29. I have 9 stents some working in tandem as one. I have had 14 heart caths and recently my doc told me i have blockages in the tips of some of my arteries that are so far down that there is nothing he can do for them nor are they large enough in diameter to bypass. I had my last stent placed the last week of april. I still have neck arm and back pain with some pain in my collar bones both at rest and with exercise. I am taking a fairly new drug called renexa for angina and also isosorbide a nitrate. Is there anything i can do other than sitting here and waiting on the impending heart attack. please help very frustrated and confused
