LVEF is the left ventricle pumping functionality. The EF (ejection fraction) is the amount of blood pumped into circulation with each heartbeat. Normal LVEF is 55-75% so your aunt's heart is pumping adequately so that can almost rule out any heart muscle hypertrophy.
I don't know what mpa represents (possible typing error?). LA may or may not be a problem depending on the size and underlying cause...need more information.
