palpatations

Hello , my heart rate races up to 136+ b/pm...and 1 time to 188 b/pm  usually lasts from 5-10 secs. to 1/2 hr.+ why?..sometimes after real  long ones I feel very tired..with 116/70's what is going on?? please help with ideas.

Hi.. i can have palpatation maybe two times a year...tgey can last for a week...i am a very anxious person but they just come on me. i have been to the doctor.ive had a day stay in hodpital being monitored..and my heart scanned blood tests done...all normal...somtimes i think its due to my hormones...though i do panic....

You need to make an appointment with a cardiologist. You are having tachycardia and you need to find out what is causing it.

Could be so many different things.  Have you been to the doc?  I think thats step one and get some tests run first.
