I'm worried about your fasting blood sugar. That's awfully high at 135. It's supposed to be under 100. I hope you're following up with the doctor about how to improve your health. A blood test is just the first step.
You don't say what your LDL lipid levels are? however your total cholesterol level isn't too bad.
Your HDL is a bit on the low side but there are ways to boost this and exercise is one way.
Your triglycerides are very high. Do you have a lot of sugar in your diet?
I'm not sure if you need statins, but there are medications to lower trigs which I believe are called fibrates and these also raise HDL.
Has the doctor prescribed a statin for you to take. I know my triglycerides were over 2100. I looked this up on the internet and found that it is called familial hypercholesterolemia. I was given Tricor and Lovastatin to control this. Now my cholesterol is in normal range. Take care, Ally
