possible LVH

I'm 40yo female. I've done three ECG tests which indicate possible LVH. A chest X-ray showed normal results and all blood tests are also normal. ECHO is schedule in a few months. Meanwhile can you help me understand the bellow ECG results - how severe are they, should I be resting etc. Thank you!

1. abnormal ECG - sinus rhythm. probable LVH with secondary repol abnrm
2. borderline ECG - sinus rhythm. consider left ventricular hypertrophy
3. borderline ECG. Minimal voltage criteria for LVH, may be normal variant. Normal sinus rhythm.
