Thank you Ed , I guess I will keep taking it than, it's pricey but worth it if it helps my body out
They are a good source, better source or certain nutritions than fish. They contain lots of eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, which are the two main omega-3 oils found in fish and a high concentration. Fish is very often stated as a fantastic healthy food but many live in polluted waters and are fatty too. Krill oil is easier for the body to absorb as fish oils (when eating fish) are generally glued to triglycerides meaning we have to eat more to absorb more. So a small amount of krill oil would absorb the same amount as a large amount of fish oil. It also contains high concentrations of astaxanthin which is a powerful antioxidant in the body and the krill get this concentration from the algae they feed on. You can't just go by the research on the effects of cholesterol, and let's face it there has been a huge amount of research on fish oil. We never see the effects of other bonuses such as antioxidants. If something so small can keep the largest mammal on the planet alive (blue whale) then there must be something good in it lol.
I also take the mega red krill oil what does it do for the heart , not sure I just heard it was good been on it for a year, have wondered if I am blowing money or is it good to take
Yes, it's a natural oil similar to fish oil, one of the good ones.
