This is not a question, this is info I found out from my doctor. For a female in 40s resting pulse should be below 88. I wore a Holter Monitor and was found to have supraventricular tachycardia. Sometimes pulse would be normal and sometimes high. This is not dangerous, just your heart beats a different way. My symptoms were getting completely exhausted just walking for a while or going up stairs. Your heart beats too fast and wears you out. This happened even at rest. Also being deconditioned (not exercising properly for years). Young people, VERY important to exercise, doesn't just keep you looking good, exercises your heart. People my age, ask if your pulse is over 88. I have mild high blood pressure and take metoprolol, this medicine also keeps pulse down. I feel much better and don't get exhausted any more. Think about it, when heart races, mind races! Took me years to find this out, just got right doctor.
