There may be sensitvity to the scar area if you touch it but of more importance is that you get short of breath walking and have sharp chest pains. The American Heart Association and this web site has excellent descriptions of what a heart attack feels like. But, remember women can present differently then men with heart related problems; you may have heart vessel spasms or problems with the tinier vessels in your heart. Go back to your cardiologist and let thim/her know when your SOB (Shortness of breath) occurs and when and where the sharp chest pains occur. Don't dismiss your signs. Joan In Blythewood, SC.

I can not answer this question, however when reading your text I got a bit lost on the testing performed.  Am I correct in assuming you have been getting out of breath while walking and you have gone through some tests recently for this thinking it might be asama?  Or were the tests not directly related to the current problems?  Or...?....

Unfortunately I cant help with the scar pain either
