I asked my cardiologist about occasional skipped or extra beats a couple of months ago.  He said everybody has them, but most people don't notice.  The answer for most folks?  Entirely normal.

I know exactly how u feel.  im 33 yrs old and my symptoms all started in aug. of 06.  my ex left for iraq in sept of 05 and i have 4 kids to raise.  i had a very stressful time raising them considering that one of my kids have adhd and two are toddlers.  so u can say i had my hands full.  by the time my ex came back my body was so use to everyday stress life.  i started having anxiety and panic attacks then came the PVCs.  I also have had everything checked out.  from echos, stress tests, holters, even a cardis angiogram.  everything has came back clear.  one trip to the er, the dr told me that i wasnt cursed because i have them, i was cursed because i could feel them.  he told me that he had them to and has learned to live with them.  for me at times that is very hard to do.  i had stopped drinking coffee, but now have a cup or 3 a day.  but mostly water.  so exercise helps them but can also cause them.  i work out alot and sometimes when i workout i feel them.  sometimes i can breathe through them but sometimes i have to stop and take a breath before finishing my workout.  i have also found that if u have a big meal, it can also trigger the PVCs.  I know u are scared and freaked out about them.  so am i.  i still am.  but sometimes i have to close my eyes and take in deep breathes and concerate on what my dr said.  sometimes it helps but sometimes not.  but with my kids, i have to concerate on living.  i hope this helps u alittle.  keep exercising, its the best thing for u.  hope u start to feel better.  best wishes my friend
