still dont get it. Im obsessed

I do suffer from anxiety, but also malnourished. I am on TPN at the moment to build my weight up.
Sometimes, the minute i stand.. my heart rate is 170. Sitting on the toilet, it may be normal or 120-135. Or 160+ if im anxious.

Overall, my resting heart rates are 75-100. Not bad. I can handle that.

What can i do?
Just wait it out? Condition? I havent been upstairs in my house in a month because im so obsessed with my heart rate i hate it. i fear walking and exercising. I rest ALOT.

Was in the hospital for a week for SVT but that situation is controlled.

im 22, male
ECHO shows an amzing heart. SVT was 300bpm in the ER. when it DID happen and still didnt black out. Doc said my resting rates were never under 120. Now a month later on TPN and Cardizem they are 75-100.

What can i do so i dont FEAR exercising, getting up and all that. i wanna get better.

I would see a therapist.  If needed they could refer you to a psychiatrist. This would be on top of you continuing with your cardiologist.
Sometimes after a health event we get stuck and obsess and then you feel everything in your body and obsess about it.
Some Xanax and therapy will go a long way in getting past what happened.

Just wondering if any doctor has ever prescribed any anti anxiety medication? Even a low dose of one my be helpful. I've been dealing with frequent PVC's the past six months. Had a serious bout of them last night in the ER. They gave me 1mg of ativan and the PVC's improved. Didn't go away, but at least I didn't feel like my heart was going to leap out of my chest and start flopping around on the floor. I guess sometimes we can be our own worst enemies. I'm pretty sure that my anxiety is making my PVC's worse.
