syinus rhythm QRS(t) contour abnormality consistent with inferior infarct reading on EKG

i recently went to the healthfair screenings. my echocardigogram was normal and my ASI (arterial stiffness index result was normal but my EKG was abnormal.......i am almost 60 years old and female....i never was in the hospital and have any illnesses or take any pills etc.......i never feel any pain in chest or symptoms of heart attack.......however my EKG results show Possible infarction pattern inferior...the interpretation on the EKG chart says Sinue rhytm, QRS(T) contour abnormality consistent with inferior infarct probably old........i do not know what that means or if i need medical attention immediately....since i never been ill or dont feel ill I am worried.........the intervals are RR 965 ms, P 102 ms, PQ 132 ms, QRS 80ms, QT 454 ms QTc 462 ms.....AXis P 56, QRS 31, t 56.............please advise. thanks

Don't worry my husband and I both had EKG's done which showed a previous heart attack.  Prepare yourself that you will have to undergo tests.  In our case (two different Cardiologists, EKG's taken at two different places) did not give us the green light by just looking at the EKG recognizing that it was the computerized machine who did the mistake.  After all ordering a bunch of tests brings in money.  Even though EKG's done after the one who said we had a previous heart attack did NOT show any previous heart attacks we still had to undergo a ton of tests.   Long story short, we never had a heart attack and all the tests proved it.  We have healthy hearts.

Get a cardiologist to look over your ECG if you have a copy of it, many abnormal ECGs on a computerized printout are deemed normal when reviewed by cardiologist. They are programed as far as I know to list all the worst case scenarios though everything might be totally normal when the complete clinical picture is reviewed, it could just be a normal variant in your case. Don't worry needlessly without consulting a cardio. Good luck. Numbers can vary slightly either way on the outer and inner side of normal and stll be "normal" for that particular individual.
