the result of gamma scan

the result of my mothers heart scan is: MILD ISCHEMIA IN INFEROSEPTAL WALL
she is 49 years old and her brother had an open heart surgery when he was 57.

what that result means and what treatment is needed?

According to the information you have provided, your mother as some minor occlusions of the septal wall.  The septum wall is the wall tha separates the left and right side of the heart, and if serious could cause an impedement to heart wall movement and the heart's ability to adequately pump blood into circulation.

There isn't any treatment for immediate treatment and almost always not necessary, but proper diet, exercise, or medicaiton if necessary to reduce lippids to help prevent plaque buildup.
