was it angina ?

hi i have the foll question

last night i woke up from a dream (not a nightmare) anyhow, for a split second i had a twinge of pain in my middle chest and then for a split second a pain in my neck area. i suffer from anxiety and mostly heart health anxiety for the past 11 months. i have had many symptoms from terrible pvcs to bad dreams to horrible chest pains anything you can imagine. but i'm doing cbt and things are better(i.e no more pvcs etcc). i had a pretty stressful afternoon so do y think it could of been stress or did i have angina pain? i slept allright afterwards .pls note i have had clear heart tests last year. i am 32fem with 3 children and have hashimotos thyroid.

If you had only a momentary twinge, I would suspect some other cause than heart-related illness.
