Why am I going for a MRA test?

My neurology Dr. wants me to have a MRA test which is just like a MRI but it looks at the blood vessels. I have been having dizziness, lightheadedness, heaviness of the head and almost falling a few times. I seen a cardiologist and a Ent Dr. and everything checks out so what will this test do by looking at the blood vessels?

Your brain controls things like balance and staying alert, and it needs a good blood supply to do these things.  If a blood vessel in the brain is blocked or constricted, this can cause symptoms such as you are having.
