12hr PAC Episodes

I am a 42 year old health male with a history of PAC's and one episode of lone AF 3 years ago.  I have had a complete evaluation by a cardiologist who characterized my heart as "completely healthy".

Recently I have begun having ~12 hour episodes of frequent PAC's (5-10/minute).  This will last anywhere from 8 to 12 hours then gradually stop.  This has happened before and I went to the hospital thinking it might be AF and was told that it was in fact PAC's and not AF.  Has anyone else experienced and should this be cause for concern?

Thanks so much.

sounds like me too.  this will occur for several days in a row at times.  diagnosed as benign, but as you know they are extremely distressing.

  Yes.

Probably not.  I've had periods like that that lasted months.

If it was recent enough, take note of what your diet was the previous 24 hours and what your activities were.  I discovered that there's something in a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake that will send my PVC's and PAC's into overdrive.  10-20 hours later, I'm back to normal.
