ASD w/ 3 Arrhythmias

What is the difference between Narrow Complex Tachycardia, Sinus Tachycardia, and Sinus Arrhythmia?

Is there a danger from Holter monitor showing all three in 1-week?

Is there an advanced danger with having a ASD as well?

I've already gone through an ablation for what was thought to be SVT, but once inside, all that was found was atrial flutter.  I have all three above, as per my holter monitor last month.  I went into them 17 times in 28 days. I am only 23 years old and otherwise in great shape.  Can someone help advise???

Thanks.

But the tach was from 164-167bpm for 25 minutes.  And my heart does this constantly.  Still just sinus tach?

i don't think you have too much to worry about. Narrow complex tachycardia means that the complex itself is narrow as opposed to being a wide complex tachycardia which indicates the tachycardia comes from the ventricle instead of the atrium. Sinus tachycardia is a heart rate over 100 under 160. (Normal) and a Sinus Arrhythmia is an arrhythmia where the heart beat speeds up than slows down, then speeds up then slows down. This is a normal response of the heart beat caused by breathing in (speeds up) and breathing out (slows down)..
