AVNRT and Ankylosing Spondylitis

Is there any relationship between these two disorders?

AS seems to be unrelated to heart problems, however the stress it causes may via that cause some hear irregularities.  I don't know if one of those would be AVNRT.

I would say not. Although it would be a zebra, there could be some connection between AS and arrhythmia (perhaps increased pain from the bones rubbing together would cause an excess of epinepherine or something far fetched like that) but there is a difference between a reentry tachycardia and simple extra beats. An AVNRT requires a duality of the pathway which is, technically speaking, a structural (or more specifically perhaps catagorized as a compositional defect) defect of the heart.
