Always Scared!

I have been having panic attacks and anxiety for about 3 months.  I experienced something tragic that brought these on.  Every since then I have been constantly worried about my heart.  (as I have learned everyone with anxiety is)  I am seeing a cardio soon.  I have had numerous EKGs that always reveal Normal Sinus Rhythm except for one when I was in full blown panic, but even that said otherwise normal.  I have also worn a 24 holter monitor that only revealed one PAC.  My question is I am constantly feeling my pulse now and seem to have a lot of skipped beats.  Am I just imagining this?  Every once in a while I feel like my heart does a flip flop in my chest.  Everything I have read says not to worry since I have had approx 10 normal EKGs.  I have a lot of chest pain too.  Could this just be my anxiety?   I never felt any of this before the "incident" and now all of a sudden I worry and I am hypersensitive to my body.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Oh yeah I just turned 27/f 5'6 135lbs.  Am I over reacting?

Panic attacks and anxiety are what is not normal.  That is likely your health issue, not heart.  Almost always there is a biochemical reason for them, and they can be treated.
I think your energy needs to be directed toward seeing a psychiatrist to evaluate and recommend treatment for you if indicated.  These things tend to be lifelong and quite paralyizing,  untreated.   Although good psychologists can be helpful, they are not medical doctors.  I believe anxiety/panic attacks should be treated medically and with behavioral therapy.  Psychologists have a role with behavioral therapy, however.

Overreacting?  Probably, but when you talk about PVCs we have all been there.  They are scary to feel no matter what we are told.  You are cardiac conscious.  I became that way at 17.  Some people feel every little thing.  Since your doc says your heart is fine, try not to let any of these "skips" bother you.  You will, but try not to.  Come here when you are feeling bad.  It always helps.
