Okay, from the information you have provided...
The average BPM (beats per minute) is 60-80. Now you have to take into account age, medical history, exercise, comorbidities, 'unhealthy habbits', and family history.
So lets say you're a healthy man in your mid 40's and your HR is 42-43 that is considered Bradycardia and is normal for some people especially when they are at rest. The elevation of your HR can be a number of things as well especially if you add in the PVC/PAC's that your talking about. PAC/PVC'c can be cause by a number of things, from serious cardiac issuses to something as simple a your electrolytes being low and your magnesium and potassium levels being off. Those are usually the most common. If youre having 30,000 PVC/PAC's a day that's where I'd be worried and I'd follow up with a cardiologist in your area just to touch base and make sure everything is okay. As far as your heart rate being at 62... If my patient's heart rate is at 62/82-85 I would be perfectly be okay with that!
Best of luck to you, and I hope this helped!
Carrie:)
