Arrhythmia and Low Blood Pressure

I'm new to this community. I've posted my question in the Doctor section but it looks like this community is separate. I have had arrhythmia for a few years, and like many was told that even if it is uncomfortable and a bit scary, my heart tests normal and I shouldn't worry.

Recently it has become worse and now I am having low blood pressure and feeling light headed when I get up. My Doctor keeps changing my Blood Pressure Meds (yep, I am treated for HIGH blood pressure) but it doesn't seem better. I live in a Third World Country so am a bit concerned that I am getting good care.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks, Ireneo. I'm going to see my doctor on Friday, and now, thanks to this board and my other reading online I have some questions to ask!

For a couple years I worked on believing that my arrhthmia was harmless, and maybe it was at first, but now I no longer think it is, so I feel the need for more information and action.

I see the doctor has answered your question on the other board. Please check it out. If your medication is causing your BP to drop too low, it only makes sense that your doctor should change the dose or try a different medication. Can you check back with your doctor?
