You really need to get yourself to a Dr.....and pronto!  That is the only way you can get to the bottom of this.  Don't keep experimenting, have some tests done and get some facts.

i have been taking coq10 200 mgs and the tightness in my chest seems to help somewhat but for a very short period of time, but the palpitations and irregular heartbeats havent stopped. im glad this worked for you but i need a better answer i think. only 19 years old and have been dealing with this for over 6 years. im becoming desperate for answers

My cardio actually told me to take coq10, theonine and hawthorne berry...but i've yet to try...may do so this summer while I'm off work. So glad it's working for you!
