please help, i'm scared.

Hello, I am a 19 year old female.  I have been fainting off and on for almost 5 years. Now it occurs at least 3 times a week, and I'm scared to drive or do anything.  My ECG revealed right atrial enlargement, incomplete right bundle branch block, rare premature ventricular and rare premature atrial contractions, and said abnormal ECG. I haven't seen anyone here use the word rare. Why are they rare? I've also experienced these symptoms, but I just thought it was stress. I have an appointment with a cardiologist in a month, can anyone explain to me what's wrong with me?

I think in this case it means the PVC's and PAC's happen infrequently. That's different than being a rare kind of arrhythmia. I'm glad you're seeing a cardio doc. It's time to find out why the right atrium is enlarged and what was abnormal about the EKG. Of course, the fainting business has to be addressed. Please be careful.
