Chest pain, headache, and stomachache?

I'm a 16 year old girl and for about two weeks now I've been having chest problems. It started as a vague, strange sensation in my chest, which gradually turned into chest pain. Now I get a strange fluttering, the feeling my heart isn't beating correctly, and chest pain, but these symptoms come and go. I went to the doctor last week and my heart rate was 160. I'm going to have a holter monitor put on Tuesday, but since my doctor's appointment I've noticed I've had some nausea and headaches (the headaches always start as a stabbing pain behind my eye). What could be wrong with me? (Yes, my parents are aware this is going on.)

The location of the headache is important, and I hope your doctor thinks to ask about this.

Could you describe where you feel the headaches?  Behind the left eye, the right, both eyes?  Always the same eye?
