Can anyone please help me with my holter results?

Hi guys,

I'm a 25 year old male. I smoke and do some sports (2-3 time a week). One month ago I started to feel some palpitations and I went to the local hospital. The doctor there did blood test, an echocardiogram and ordered a 48 hour holter. The doctor says the echo and the bloodtests turned out fine. I just received my results for the holter by post (this is the system here where i live), and I haven't spoken to the doctor just yet.

I wanted to ask the experts here if they can quickly tell me if my "clock" is normal or I should be preparing for some further visits to the docs.

I have a min HR of 39 BMP at 3.50AM
Average heart rate of 71 BPM
Max heart rate of 148 BPM (this occurrences are at the same time at 6PM, when I leave work I have a big steep hill to climb to get home, so i'm not worried about this)

Total VE Beats - 2
Single/Interp PVC - 1/0
Single/Late VEs - 1/0

Total SVE Beats - 206 (0.1%)
Atrial Pairs - 1 Event
Drop/Late - 1/148
Longest R-R : 2.4 sec at 2.25 AM
Single PAC's - 56

It also says in the interpretation that there are "very rare supraventricular ectopics, occasionally multiple with consequent pauses"

I would be very grateful if someone could put this into laymen's terms for me.

Thanks in advance!

The term "very rare" just means that they are very seldom.
