These are great articles and infomration. It confirms my posture towards all these issues, so I'm not surprised by it per se.
It's a very very complex issue. So many different factors, varying from person to person. It's up to us and us alone to navigate this mine filed. Our doctors are coaches in all this, it's up to us to mitigate as many risk factors as possible to achieve that one thing we're all looking for, a healthy, happy, long life.
Hey. Im sorry. My intent wasn't to scare anybody. Maybe I should have put a label on it. I just wanted to see if anyone else that visited this forum if they had seen these and had been informed differently. Ive searched on them and really havent found a professional response to the above studies but like Elli showed, most all drs and resources point to these being benign with no other underlying heart problems. Yeah me too, still going through the same thing and now I'm in pain because I worried so much I aggravated my ulcers. Lol

how are you today . i still got anxiety going from my two days with my pacs have not had any since tuesday but still got the fear of them coming back crazy huh.
