Desperate need of HELP, Tachycardia running my LIFE!

So,looking for some kind of answers. Hx 24yr F had ablations X2 within a year. First one for WPW 255bpm second one AVNTR 220 bpm. first one was march 31, second sep 20,2010. Three weeks after second ablations started expirencing chesppain,palpations,dizziness, SOb the whole thing. Tried a calcium channel blocker, didnt work! Now on atenol 25mg twice daily. Heart rate drops to 30bpm sometimes and while moving tachy still mostly 120-130bpm. My doc keeps saying everythings fine. Had a evnt recorder on for a month showed sinus tach 155 and first deg AV block. I dont know what to do anymore, feel so tired and cant tolerate the medication. Any ideas to what should be wrong? Do i have a heart disease or need a pacemaker. Please, any reponses will be apprecited, this is controling my life.

I've been Tachy since the second ablations about two weeks after it started again. 130 atrest and up to 155. Thats what the monitor showed if I move it well goes up, theres no way i can make it up a flight of atirs without SOb or palpations. My doc hasnt yet bein able to tell me what they are. it feels more like a flutter with extra beats and strong thumps. I thing is theres nothing left to ablate so I shouldntbe feeling bad anymore.I should have no tachycardia what so ever. Thats the issue I'm having and the beta blockers seem to do nothing. It feels like Svt at times and like it converts itself to sinus tach. I cant understand why my heart rate doesnt stay down,perhaps a diffrent issue?

So after the 2nd ablation it doesn't sound to me like you had any  tach?    You mention Palps and some other symptoms but no tach.

Are you taking the BB for the palps or for tach?  What kind of palps, are the ectopic beats?

p.s., the sinus tach you are talking about, 120-130 while moving about and the 155 event are well within normal values.
