Do I have really serious heart condition like wpw?

Hi I'm scared once again
Today I was sitting on the floor was doing some house work and was sitting in a squat position and suddenly my son age 3 came and said bathroom tap is open so I suddenly got up and rushed to bathroom and by the time i got there which was only 5-8 steps away my heart rhythm got really bad I really felt I'm going to be on the floor any min and my heart beat is stopping and after this episode my heart beat was fast and I felt really tired
This happened so many times before as well
I'm seeing a EP in 2 weeks after 8 months of wait
I'm really scared will my heart health will go worst as I get old im nearly 26

Just before typing this reply to u I was sitting down doing nothing just sitting and watching TV and my heart skipped beat 3 times

First your young age is on your side.. that means you should be fine...but checking with a cardiologist is a good safety measure.

Your age is too far in my past to remember clearly, but I do remember I had some anemia problems accompanied by low weight (skinny) and I had some dizziness problems... that said, it is normal for anyone who makes a sudden change in activity level, such as you describe:  has both mental and physical jolts, to get dizzy... heart fast, that too.

Try to get up from sitting to walking in a straight forward way, you're young, but don't "Jump"  -  see then if you have any further episodes.  Keep tract to discuss with your doctor.

If you haven't had a full blood test, including hemoglobin and red blood cells, I think that is something that should be checked - i.e. anemia related.
