please Help me

Am 29yrs old. of recent my blood pressure rises, after some observations I went for
EGC scan with d following Pre: exercise X ray scan.
Rhythm - Sinus
Rate. -115/ mins
Axis. - Normal
P.    - peaked in II, Biphasic
PR - Normal
q. - Nil pathological
QRS - Normal
ST - Normal
T - Normal
R/S. - M V¡ Normal
S Vì + Rvs = 14mm + 25mm = 39mm
comments
Sinus Tachycardia
Right Atrial Hypertrophy
Left Atrial Hypertrophy
Left Ventricular Hypertrophy
counter clockwise cardiac rotation.
After been a medication for days my blood pressure came back to normal. please can
anyone explain what this result mean to me in a very layman's language.

There aren't any doctors or experts on this board to interpret your test results.  The best source for the result is your doctor.  If you aren't happy with their explanation the smartest thing to do is seek a second professional opinion.  I really like the people on this board, they are very smart and caring, but none of us are qualified to offer an opinion on basic EKG result.   EKG results require experience and knowledge to fully interpret in light of other tests and observations which should be done in person.
