This is just the EKG machine guessing at a few of the indicators to alert the person who is analyzing the results.  The EKG machines sometimes guess wrong.  It needs to be evaluated by a professional in light of other observations.

I am not a doctor but a few terms jump out at me
"inferior infract":  this is a term for heart attack
"consider lateral ischemia":  decreased blood flow to the side of your heart is a possibility
"abnormal ECG": the findings are not within normal parameters

Has your doctor discussed your ECG with you, and is there a follow up treatment/assessment plan?
