Ekg results

I’m seeing a cardiologist to get some reassurance on my heart palpitations. I had an abnormal ekg and I have to wait 3 days until I get to talk to the cardiologist about it. I don’t want to worry that long. Can someone tell me what this means and if it’s concerning??

Sinus rhythm
RSR in V1 or V2, right VCD or RVH
Borderline T abnormalities, anterior leads

Are ekg results always accurate? Because my last ekg 3 months ago did not show the RVH. I also had a heart ultrasound 3 months ago and it was normal. So why is this stuff showing up on my ekg now??
