Eptopics after exercise

Hi all I just have a question around eptopics after exercise I would of done 45 minutes of cardio and in recovery they always start and once my heart rate has come down they start getting frequent and strong. I had an echo on Friday and the lady doing it said my results will be back next week but she said it looked good to her.
Thank you all
Sandra

I disagree..... to a degree.  PVC's are not 100% normal.  If it were, then we'd all have exercise induced PVC's coming down from a period of high cardiac output, and that's just not the case.  I will say that all of us throw an occasional PVC, just as my bicep muscle may twitch from time to time.

"Frequent and strong" PVC;s as you state are simply not normal.  But the question should be if they're benign or not.  If this is a repeatable event, a Bruce Protocol stress test performed by your cardiologist can determine this, and set your mind at ease.

Yeah same here I went for a walk/run this afternoon and they are coming regular tonight. Just an uncomfortable inconvenience really. And no mine never occur during the peak of exercise just during warm up and cool down once the heart rate starts to settle.

I get these too I'm 22. Mine really do it most when changing from a resting heart rate but never during exercise. I guess it's normal that's all my doctor tells me.

PVC's after workout are 100% normal. They're actually more likely to happen after exercise. In a structurally normal heart PVC's can't harm you. Just about everyone gets them.
