What came first, the HR issue or the anxiety? Emotional stress will cause the HR to elevate and to even demonstrate rhythm irregularities.
As for the numbers, they are above normal in my mind, but not in the tachycardia range, which is over 100 at rest. All this last point means is it may be normal to do nothing about the HR being too high until it is in the tachycardia range.
I have a high HR due to a atrial fibrillation condition, thus I also have an irregular HB. I take a beta blocker (Metoprolol) to keep my rest HR below 100. If I take a high dose of 200 mg a day my rest HR goes into the low 70s when fully at rest, e.g., sitting for a long period. A HR around 100 when up and walking around on the level is common for me. I am a lot older than you, this adds some to the HR.
Your heart test are good news, so the main problem may be anxiety. See what you can do to get you mind off of your heart and then think back after a while and think about how your heart felt when you were no thinking about it. In my case, when not putting my heart under a physical work load, my reflection on how I felt is I was unaware of my HR and HB.
